General:


The Auburn training for media technology printing processing (m/f/d) lasts for 3 years and is carried out in a dual system between the training company and vocational school.

The school-based part of the training takes place in block lessons at the vocational school in Leipzig.


Work Area:
Media technology printing processors (m/f/d) work in industrial companies in the production of newspapers, commercial printing, and books.

Skills you will learn with us:

  • Setting up and configuring aggregates, machines, and systems
  • Controlling and monitoring processing systems
  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes
  • Conducting measurement and testing activities as part of quality assurance
  • Analyzing, planning, and documenting work tasks and production processes
  • Communicating with upstream and downstream areas to optimize the production process
  • Maintaining aggregates, machines, and systems.

Requirements for the training:

  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate (German 2, Math 2)
  • Manual dexterity
  • Technical interest
  • Good spatial imagination
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
