You will support our clients in using our smart edge devices in combination with our cloud and in-house solutions (VM hosts).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Classifying and processing customer inquiries for our hardware and cloud solutions in the area of first-level support, later second-level support * Providing customer advice on questions about our IoT applications * Assisting customers with IoT projects and building IT projects (Building Technologies) * Analyzing, processing, and resolving application and system malfunctions
