Description

The Lead Float Caregiver's primary responsibility is to provide direct in-home care services. The Lead Float Caregiver must be flexible. This caregiver position does not have regular clients. Rather, this caregiver will fill in for caregivers who are sick and assist clients that do not have a caregiver.

When not providing direct care, the Lead Float Caregiver may be asked to assist with 1:1 caregiver training, continued education training, and/or general office work._

Job Requirements

At least 6months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
HCA license with the State of CA preferred
