Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent planning, organization and implementation of extracurricular activities in coordination with the school and within the standards of the organization
  • Management of the team and personnel management, as well as shared responsibility for an OGS group
  • Close cooperation with the school management and other external partners
  • Implementation of a support and leisure educational program, as well as parent work
  • Close collaboration with the organization and participation in committees
  • Participation in fulfilling the employer's religious mission

Your Profile:

  • Degree in social pedagogy or completed training as an educator
  • Enjoyment of working with elementary school children
  • Experience in (group) leadership
  • Ability to motivate and effectively lead a team of employees
  • Independent work, communication skills, commitment, assertiveness
  • Willingness to participate in training and further education
