    Description
    Job Title: Hardware Development Engineer


    Responsibilities:
    • Write hardware specifications and develop test plans
    • Utilize Cadence/Allegro for capturing schematics
    • Collaborate with ASIC teams for hardware bring-up
    • Debug issues in the lab using analyzers, scopes, and other tools

    Skillset and Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in system-level development, particularly in the server/computer/network sector
    • Proficiency in design and lab work
    • Hands-on experience with lab bring-up and design validation
    • Expertise in Ethernet, high-speed SerDes interfaces, and signal integrity
    • Familiarity with X86 architecture and control interfaces like PCIe, MDIO, SPI, and I2C
    • Experience in power delivery and distribution methods
    • Knowledge of CPLDs and FPGAs
    • Practical board design skills, adept with tools such as Cadence Concept and Allegro
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Perl (a plus)
    • Ability to collaborate with various disciplines including Diagnostics software, mechanical, signal integrity, thermal, and manufacturing
    • Determined with the capability to translate high-level requirements into actionable milestones
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Prior experience in product shipment
