    Description
    We are a well-established leader in the Aerospace Industry seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at our new facility in Lafayette, IN. This is a direct hire, long term career opportunity. Relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities will include:
    • Deliver the vision and maintenance of the Quality Management System program for the US Aerospace operation.
    • Develop and implement a quality organization structure capable of supporting our strategic initiatives.
    • Lead the quality organization on day-to-day basis, integrating quality into the daily production process and driving accountability across the team.
    • Champion all Department KPIs -including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale

    Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field required.
    • MBA, MS or equivalent education is a plus.
    • 8+ years of manufacturing quality experience required.
    • 5+ years of managing direct reports and large-scale quality operations preferred.
    • Expertise in the quality requirements of the aerospace industry strongly desired.
    • Experience working with U.S. government contracts, including FAR/DFAR regulations.
    • Experience with AS9100D.
    The starting pay range is $120K-$140K plus benefits and incentives.
