We are currently seeking a(n)

Quality Inspector (m/f/d)
to join our quality control team at the earliest possible date in Mapleton, KS.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a flawless production process and early detection of any errors, contributing significantly to our customers' satisfaction.


Your ideal profile should include:

  • Completed training in metal processing
  • Previous experience in quality control is preferred
  • Familiarity with CAQ systems
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products (WORD, EXCEL, Outlook)

  • Customeroriented, both internally and externally
  • Organizational skills and assertiveness

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting incoming goods inspections, first article inspections, and product audits
  • Using hand measuring tools, contour measuring devices, hardness testers, and coordinate measuring machines (operating interface Zeiss Calypso)
  • Programming simple measurement processes on coordinate measuring machines (operating interface Zeiss Calypso)
  • Using handheld optical laser measuring devices (Handyscan) and evaluating results

Working hours:

  • Fulltime (35 hours/week)
  • Occasional late shifts (approximately every 78 weeks)
