- LRP is a three-year development program that offers MBA, MPA, MA, MPP or other masters degree graduates paid, full-time employment that provides on-the job learning and experience for senior-level positions in the organization.
- Three, one-year rotational assignments expose LRP associates to Red Cross culture, operational management. and an enterprise-wide perspective to build leadership capabilities.
- Pay Information: The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000.
- MBA, MPA, MA, MPP or other masters degree graduate dates between Spring 2021 to Spring 2024
