Description

Our client provides cost-effective and environmentally friendly energy solutions, encompassing energy supply, retrieval, and retention. They create, produce, and manage large-scale fuel cell systems, catering to utility companies, industries, and major municipal power consumers. They are looking for a D365 Business Analyst who will translate business requirements to actionable IT initiatives and then lead the design, development, and test activities to make them a reality. This is a hybrid position based in Torrington, CT.

D365 Business Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties

Troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O related issues.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, resolve recurring issues, and/or improve system functionality to deliver cost and/or operational improvements.
Lead enhancement projects that deliver new functionality in support of emerging business requirements and/or operational imperatives.
Help coordinate D365 system updates and/or changes to peripheral systems that are systemically integrated with D365.

D365 Business Analyst's Qualifications and Skills

High school or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX2012.
Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications of prescribed changes.
Demonstrable understanding of business processes i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Projects as they relate to D365.
