LEGO Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) has the objective of putting the voice of the consumer at the heart of everything LEGO does, providing the insights to drive data-based decision making at all levels.


We are looking for a
Business Insights Analyst to bring their skills with data analysis, insights creation and communication to give to our growth and development.

*Please note this is a fixed term contract until June 2026*The LEGO Group commits to a "Best of Both" hybrid working model. You must work a full shift in the Enfield, CT office at least 3 days a week.


This role drives communication of our consumers' voice for CSE, Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) and the LEGO Group through provision of well-rounded survey and contact analysis.


  • Reviews consumer survey data, including voice and text comments, and builds insights and trend reporting on it utilizing a variety of communication techniques in a daily/biweekly/monthly/quarterly cadence to various audiences.
  • Works with partner business teams to proactively define analytic questions, scopes of work and align on priorities, all the while challenging status quo beliefs through insights.
  • Drives operational change across CSE and the wider LEGO Group from insights crafted, building the case for change utilizing the voices of our consumers.
  • Collaborates to produce specific voice of the consumer reporting and insights on the BDLR and DCE ecosystem through that drive key business decisions and transformation in these areas.
  • Analyses performance from a comprehensive view, redefining raw data into measurable insights using data points from quantitative and qualitative platforms, working across all CSE's channels/consumer touchpoints.
  • Builds, develops, and maintains data models, reporting systems, automation and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics.
  • Presents results of analytical initiatives and insight activities to team members across the business.
The salary range for this role is $70,420 - $105,630.


Our data comes from a wide range of interactions with consumers, from phone calls to chatbots to social media, and is evolving all the time.

We have the vision to fully utilize this data to drive consumer-focused decision making across the business, and this position will play a key role in driving the realization.


The Business Insights Analyst will be responsible for the creation of insights that move the needle for us across all interaction channels.

They will analyze consumer behavior and trends from a wide variety of sources including contact data and happiness surveys to communicate the voice of the consumer and the value our actions drive.


What you'll need:

  • Sophisticated ability to utilize various data sources to synthesize insights, and the social skills to deliver investigative reports with strong storytelling narratives via presentations that motivate change.
  • Experience working with databases, producing data analytics, reporting and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics, including the automation of these.
  • Sophisticated data analytics, modelling, and visualization skills, including use of Power BI, Tableau and the delivery of this inperson and remotely
  • Excellent overall communication and collaborator leadership skills, defining questions, scope, and delivery.
  • Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with crossfunctional project teams.
  • Previous experience engaging with and understanding other business areas, data/insights sources, strategies, challenges across The LEGO Group.
  • Experience with programming languages like Power BI/SQL/Python useful
