- Troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O related issues.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, resolve recurring issues, and/or improve system functionality to deliver cost and/or operational improvements.
- Lead enhancement projects that deliver new functionality in support of emerging business requirements and/or operational imperatives.
- Help coordinate D365 system updates and/or changes to peripheral systems that are systemically integrated with D365.
- High school or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX2012.
- Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications of prescribed changes.
- Demonstrable understanding of business processes i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Projects as they relate to D365.
