    Job OverviewJoin the team at Crystal Clean Vents, the leading HVAC cleaning company in Utah.

    We are currently seeking a full-time customer service representative/dispatcher who is dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service while embodying a strong commitment to diligence and quality.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle incoming calls and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
    • Explain our duct cleaning services to customers and address any queries they may have.
    • Schedule appointments for field technicians and maintain an up-to-date work calendar.
    • Respond to customer inquiries from the website promptly.
    • Facilitate communication between the office and field technicians.
    • Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, phones, computers, and other standard tools.
    • Perform any other duties as required.

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Proficiency in using computers
    • Prior experience in a dispatch or similar role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Familiarity with the geographical locations in Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Summit County.
    • Must be honest, diligent, punctual, and dependable.
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team.
    • Own transportation is necessary.
    • Willingness to undergo drug testing
    • Ready to consent to a background check.
