Ulbrich & Kaminski Law Firm and Notary is one of the leading economic consulting law firms for nursing companies in Irondale, AL.

Our focus is on the nursing industry, and we provide nationwide consulting services to companies, corporations, and associations on all matters related to economic, labor, and nursing law.


We are currently seeking a lawyer (m/f) for our office in the Kortumhaus in downtown Bochum, with a specialization in nursing, social, and civil law.


Responsibilities:

  • Advising companies on all nursing and social law matters
  • Assisting with negotiations and drafting of nursing contracts, fee negotiations
  • Handling debt collection matters for all types of nursing companies
  • Representing clients in court proceedings and arbitration
  • Providing social law expertise for nursing company transactions
  • Supporting the partners of the law firm

Qualifications:


You have a strong interest in all topics and issues related to the nursing industry, as well as a deep understanding of economic relationships.

You are performance and client-oriented and enjoy working directly with clients.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy analyzing complex and difficult situations scientifically. You also thrive in a practical and service-oriented environment. Your dedication, flexibility, teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for challenges set you apart.


You either have relevant professional experience or are willing to intensively familiarize yourself with your new area of expertise as a new professional (m/f/d).
