Job Description:


  • As a trainee, you will participate in a twelvemonth practical and accompanying program, including an intensive introduction to your field of expertise.
  • You will go through individual deployment stations to get to know interface areas and be optimally prepared for your future role.
  • You will plan, schedule, and coordinate major repairs in general mechanical engineering.
  • In collaboration with the plant operator, you will conduct fault analyses and make decisions regarding the repair techniques to be used, taking into account costeffectiveness and necessary safety measures.
  • You will be responsible for completing planned repair measures on time, determining the priority of troubleshooting in consultation with the plant operators, and coordinating the repair process.
  • Planning and coordinating the use of inhouse personnel is just as much a part of your responsibilities as managing partner companies.

Profile:


  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering.
  • You have knowledge of welding techniques and hold a degree as a welding engineer.
  • Independent, responsible work, commitment, teamwork, and a high level of service and customer orientation are just as much your strengths as being open to new topics in your daily work.
  • You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office and SAP.
  • A class B driver's license, as well as the ability to work at heights and wear breathing apparatus, are required.
