BayWa CS GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of BayWa AG and operates a Customer Service Center for the BayWa Group at its location in Passau.

In addition to telephone customer service in various areas, this branch also manages internal services. We are the central point of contact for our customers, employees, and clients. We employ around 85 people at our two locations in Upper Palatinate and Lower Bavaria.

We are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our Customer Service Center at our Passau location.

Job Description:

Support the entire team in answering incoming calls (inbound)
Organizational and administrative tasks (backoffice management, including appointment coordination and ordering)

Qualifications:

Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; SAP knowledge is desirable
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Independent, structured, and reliable work style
Flexibility, diligence, resilience, and organizational skills
