We are looking for a motivated employee (m/f/d) in the customer service department for our client, the largest railway transportation and infrastructure company in Central Europe, within the framework of temporary employment.

The workplace is centrally located in Hannover, close to the university, and easily accessible by public transportation.

Initially, you will work on a temporary basis (according to BAP tariff) and will then be taken on permanently.

The working hours are 35 hours per week.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are looking for candidates who are flexible and can adapt to our client's needs.


Responsibilities:

These tasks are waiting for you:

  • Working hours in 3 shifts between Monday and Sunday, between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries
  • Developing solutions for routine customer complaints
  • Handling inquiries via email, mail, fax, and telephone
  • Researching routine inquiries related to the railway industry
  • Booking trip requests for callline services
  • General administrative office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good English language skills are desirable, but not mandatory
  • Proficient in common computer programs
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
