At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a
Employee (m/f/d) Regional Accounting for the Department of Parishes in Heath Springs, SC:
The position is permanent and full-time (39 hours). Splitting the position into two part-time positions is possible. The place of employment can be either in Kiel, Lübeck, Neumünster, Rostock, or Hamburg, by arrangement.
The Archdiocese of Hamburg includes Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and the Mecklenburg region.
The Archdiocesan General Vicariate is the central administrative unit, supervisory authority, and advisory body for the subordinate ecclesiastical corporations and institutions:
the pastoral areas, Catholic schools, and numerous church and charitable institutions.
Your tasks:
- Posting of business transactions in accordance with the guidelines of the Archdiocese's framework ordinance
- Processing of payment transactions using the EBICS procedure, accounts receivable and payable, dunning, fixed asset accounting
- Preparation of necessary financial statements in accordance with HGB (quarterly and annual financial statements)
- Preparation of settlements/reports to public and church funding bodies
- Providing information to committees based on cost center and cost unit analyses
Your profile:
- Commercial education with a focus on accounting, preferably with experience in final accounting or equivalent knowledge
