At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a

Employee (m/f/d) Regional Accounting for the Department of Parishes in Heath Springs, SC:

The position is permanent and full-time (39 hours). Splitting the position into two part-time positions is possible. The place of employment can be either in Kiel, Lübeck, Neumünster, Rostock, or Hamburg, by arrangement.

The Archdiocese of Hamburg includes Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and the Mecklenburg region.

The Archdiocesan General Vicariate is the central administrative unit, supervisory authority, and advisory body for the subordinate ecclesiastical corporations and institutions:
the pastoral areas, Catholic schools, and numerous church and charitable institutions.

Your tasks:

Posting of business transactions in accordance with the guidelines of the Archdiocese's framework ordinance
Processing of payment transactions using the EBICS procedure, accounts receivable and payable, dunning, fixed asset accounting
Preparation of necessary financial statements in accordance with HGB (quarterly and annual financial statements)
Preparation of settlements/reports to public and church funding bodies
Providing information to committees based on cost center and cost unit analyses

Your profile:

Commercial education with a focus on accounting, preferably with experience in final accounting or equivalent knowledge
Selfmotivation, independence, and reliable work ethic, team spirit, flexibility
