    Description
    Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team. The School Psychologist will work primarily with high school students to provide a range of psychological services aimed at supporting their academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, including those with learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, or behavioral disorders.
    • Provide counseling and intervention services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop appropriate interventions.
    • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
    • State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
    • Experience working with high school students preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
