    Description

    Job Requirements:
    High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
    Experienced in Client Services or other Administrative Role in the Financial industry a plus.
    Written and verbal communication skills.
    Interpersonal and client service skills.
    Organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive follow-up. Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
    Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
    Charismatic and positive attitude.
    Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    Comfortable working independently.
    Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.


    Microsoft Office:
    2 years (Preferred)

    Customer Service:
    2 years (Preferred)

    Transportation:
    No transportation is provided, you must provide self transportation to and from our Lake Mary Office.
    Employer will conduct a background check, drug test/screening and Motor Vehicle Record check.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Work with Prospects to help them onboard and join us as Clients. Work with existing Clients on various client service requests. Monitor Client inquires, research and reply via email and/or phone. Continually monitor and update Client database and portfolios. Assist when required with Client billing. Assist with office administrative duties. Other duties as assigned.
    Company is a boutique asset manager specializing in Sharia-compliant investing and halal investments. We offer professional, comprehensive wealth management solutions that align with Islamic guidelines to achieve clients' financial goals. We have been in business since 2003 and currently serve clients nationwide. We are looking for a Full-Time Client Service Associate who will be reporting to the Client Service Manager. This position requires working in our Lake Mary office.

    Will be discussed with employer

    Salary:
    $15.00-$17.00 an hour (Depends on experience)
