    Job Description

    A growing I.T. Staffing firm is looking to add a resume sourcing specialist to their team on a full-time, direct hire basis. In this role, you will accurately break down job requirements and successfully source candidates to senior level recruiters.
    Client is looking for someone with 6-12 months of I.T. staffing experience (MUST UNDERSTAND BREAKING DOWN JOB DESCRIPTIONS)

    Hybrid schedule will require on-site in the Rockville office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday while working remotely on Monday and Friday's.

    There is the ability to move up in this role based on performance.
