Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for Automotive in Grünheide, Porter, WA

Responsibilities

Coordinating visual and functional checks, as well as measurement tests on components in incoming goods
Coordinating the qualitative and quantitative inspection of purchased parts in incoming and outgoing goods, including personnel planning/shift planning
Ensuring the material flow of various parts
Documenting errors, test results, and work outcomes
Reporting to project managers and clients
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and working time laws (including safety training)
Implementing all organizational processes (e.g. following and creating work instructions)
Documenting and tracking work orders, creating work instructions
Managing change within the project
Designing and optimizing new processes

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in areas such as automotive mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electrical engineering, or a comparable trade
Ideally, you have some experience as a project coordinator (m
