This is what your daily work looks like:
You will start in our sales team as a versatile sales talent.

After a one-year training period, you will be promoted to a manager (m/f/d) in sales and your responsibilities will expand to include leadership and organizational tasks.


These are your tasks:


  • Ensuring smooth operations in daily business according to Müller & Egerer process standards
  • Actively participating in sales operations by filling in for absences and staffing needs
  • Managing store managers and motivating store teams
  • Regular communication with your superiors
  • Conducting job interviews for the stores assigned to you
  • Significant contribution to establishing our welcoming culture
