    $ $41.42Benefits & Perks:$250 Annual Safety Shoe AllowanceTool ReimbursementNight Shift Premium 6% 401K Company Match3 Medical Options3 Dental Options3 Vision OptionsParental Leave PolicyPet InsuranceAuto and Home DiscountsAccident InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceHospital Indemnity Insurance13 Paid HolidaysAnniversary milestone bonusesUp to 80 hours of vacation available in first yearPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect, install, repair, maintain and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and associated control systems and power circuits, power generating equipment, switchgear, and emergency systemsDesign and/or redesign electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems, power circuits, and control circuits as assignedRebuild and/or replace, lubricate, and maintain large and small electric motorsMaintain and install facility lighting systemsInspect and set safety switchesInstall, maintain, and repair low and medium voltage switchgearTroubleshoot and install programmable controllers and associated componentsMake visual inspections of plants operations, ensuring that operational problems have been located and correctedRequisition parts and supplies to assist in the maintenance of spare parts inventoryMaintain records and prepare regular and special reports on electrical and electronic systemsMaintain communications with production and maintenance personnel for orderly execution of dutiesObserve all EHS rules and proceduresMaintain an orderly and clean work area to assure a desirable and safe working environmentPerform other related duties as per the direction of the ManagerQualifications:Graduate of a technical school and 1 year of experience, OR minimum of 3 years practical experience with various types of facility support equipment and production machineryAbility to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and parts specificationsDemonstrate knowledge of PLC's and automationUnderstand mechanical systems such as pneumatics and hydraulicsAbility to install, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical components of industrial machinery and equipmentFollow established programs, policies, and practices that meet regulatory and company requirementsEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work well with others in a team environmentPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
