A well-established Real Estate Development and Property Management firm is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join their team in Manchester, NH.


As a Maintenance Technician Apprentice at Elm Grove Companies, you will be doing general cleaning, trash pick up, shoveling, lawn care, deliveries, and heavy lifting.

Employee needs to be able to work with supervisor to complete assigned tasks.

Experience driving a F-450 truck while pulling a trailer preferred.

Must have smartphone and reliable transportation.

We are looking for motivated, conscientious staff who treat our buildings as if they were your own home.


Schedule:


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Pay:
$16.00 to $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
