We are currently experiencing significant growth and are on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is a dynamic self-starter. As a Maintenance Technician at Brady Sullivan Properties, your role will involve ensuring that the property meets the company's high standards and complies with relevant regulations.

Description of Duties:

Handle service requests for repairs and improvements
Prepare vacant apartments for rental
Perform various maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and grounds upkeep
Responsible for the upkeep of interior, exterior, and common areas
Participate in the construction and maintenance of apartment communities

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Trustworthy and subject to a background check
Hardworking and dedicated
Must have own set of tools for the job
