    Job Summary: This role involves overseeing processes to monitor and assess activities of contracted entities and vendors in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The position requires occasional travel (up to 25%).

    Required Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or medical field OR minimum of 4 years' experience in managed care.
    • 4+ years in leadership roles with staff management responsibilities.
    • Hands-on experience in auditing medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health claims for government plans.
    • Proficiency in project management and oversight activities.
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as TDI, NCQA, and URAC.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.

    Preferred Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or medical field.
    • Knowledge of Power Point, Visio, and Access.
    • Completion of college-level project management courses or certification.
