    Job Summary
    The Jindal School of Management seeks an Executive MBA Program Manager to collaborate with the Director and manage various responsibilities, including project management, financial oversight, academic compliance, event planning, and student engagement. This role involves interacting with prospective students, UTD faculty, and alumni, requiring strong academic management skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive, positive approach.

    Responsibilities
    • Represent the Director of the Executive MBA program as needed
    • Provide academic guidance to EMBA students
    • Oversee project operations and financial aspects
    • Collaborate on budget management and curriculum development
    • Facilitate agreements with faculty and assist in recruitment activities
    • Coordinate logistics for program events and marketing initiatives
    • Manage relationships with students, alumni, faculty, and stakeholders
    • Ensure academic program compliance and continuous improvement
    • Support accreditation processes and curriculum updates
    • Plan international study tours and student group travel
    • Serve as a liaison between program stakeholders and university faculty

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience
    • Master's degree preferred with expertise in higher education programs
    • Proven success in student and stakeholder relationship management
    • Ability to travel internationally and lead student groups
    • Experience in budgeting, procurement, and academic program management
