We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated
Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and preferences, and provide guidance and expertise on recruitment best practices.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, and employee onboarding preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with hiring managers and payroll/administrative staff.
Detailoriented with a focus on time management and scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS software and Applicant Tracking System; ClearCompany and UKG preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
