- Must have previous knowledge of accounting aspects, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable etc.
- Ability to invoice monthly & weekly work orders and invoicing as needed. Manual process currently as company goes through system upgrade.
- Able to process large volumes of work order data while carefully reviewing and processing at an efficient rate with minimal data entry errors.
- Must be able to maintain the normal standard of ethics, conduct and organization policies in job related activities.
- Must have an excellent command of the English language.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands, and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
- Billing -Filling -Purchase Orders
- Keep Track of Checklists –Scheduling Invoicing –Accruals -Monthly Closing Report
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Completes all other duties and service requests as assigned by Accounting Manager
- Must be strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Data Entry and Dynamic SL
- Experience in processing supply orders
- Must have a good personality, eager to learn, committed to providing results, TEAM PLAYER.
