Our dynamic legal firm is seeking a dedicated professional well-versed in transactional law, particularly within the real estate sector.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents including contracts, agreements, deeds, leases, and other legal documents.

Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal implications.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies that align with client objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to real estate transactions.
Ensure all transactional documents and processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in the real estate sector.

Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents.
Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.
Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
