The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and further education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and companies at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

With our more than 34 years of success in the education sector, we have established ourselves as a leading company and continuously use our expertise to provide our students and customers with high-quality educational offerings.

We are currently looking for a Sales and Office Part-Time Newcomer (m/f/d) for our learning studio in
Regensburg (4-5 days/12-18 hours per week, in the afternoons).

Your daily tasks:

Conducting sales and consultation meetings
Coordination of lessons (scheduling and selection of teachers, organization of course assignments, scheduling)
Customer support and care
Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
Office organization

Your qualifications:

Multitalented in sales and organization
Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
Professional experience
Service orientation and a trustworthy approach to students and course participants
Experience with computers and software
