For our well-known client at the location in Blissfield, MI, we are currently looking for
Sales Support Representatives (m/f/d) to join their team in
full-time through
direct placement.


Salary range:
$40,000 - $45,000

Your responsibilities will include:

  • In this position, you will work together with the sales team to clarify and specify inquiries
  • In coordination with customers, the sales team, and key account managers, you will calculate and process offers
  • You will be responsible for coordinating purchasing and planning in the offer process, as well as compiling offer documents
  • You will also create order confirmations and contract documents and maintain master data
  • Other tasks include offer tracking and renegotiations, as well as project handover to order processing

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical field
  • Professional experience in sales support or similar is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good technical understanding
  • High level of service and customer orientation, strong communication skills, reliability, and goal orientation
