    POSITION SUMMARY:Nursing on Demand, LLC is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides, Medical Assistants, and PCAs to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of our patients throughout our community. This position will provide various non-medical services that allow patients to receive care in the comfort of their homes patient's homes or other related environments.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:You'll do this by assisting our clients with their activities of daily living such as:
    • ADLs (Assistance with Daily Living Activities)
    • Grooming
    • Bathing
    • Meal Preparation
    • Light Housekeeping
    • Medication reminders
    • Incidental Transportation
    • Companionship and conversation
    • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
    • Medication and appointment reminders
    • Alzheimer's Care
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • 1+ year of experience is required
    • Preferred certification of an HHA or CNA

    We are a privately owned concierge nursing company that provides on-demand, skilled nursing care services as well as scheduled visits. We have two models of care: In-home care and temporary staffing in assisted livings and skilled nursing facilities. We proudly serve towns in the Boston and Cambridge vicinities/suburbs, we also provide care in the south and north shores of Boston.
