    Location

    • Honolulu, Oahu
    • Kapolei, Oahu


    Responsibilities

    • Processing payroll
    • Preparing general ledger entries
    • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure all payments are processed accurately
    • Reconciling accounts as needed
    • Compiling financial reports
    • Maintaining accurate financial records
    • Performing other duties as needed


    Qualifications

    • Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
    • Working knowledge of accounting software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Sage 50, etc.)
    • Knowledge of GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles)
    • Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
