Job Description

  • Coordinate and prioritize preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) measures across shifts in coordination with PSM & TLS
  • Perform preventive measures such as maintenance according to specified maintenance plans (preventive maintenance) while adhering to plant-specific specifications and all relevant safety regulations
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve known and recurring errors according to existing regulations, specifications, and guidelines, as well as for those without defined error correction procedures, using problem-solving strategies
  • Perform installations and modifications of new or existing systems and components in coordination with responsible equipment engineers
  • Conduct and evaluate equipment qualification after maintenance and repair measures have been carried out
  • Actively use software (e.g. SPACE, FDC) for error analysis
  • Certify new employees in the maintenance area
  • Collaborate with equipment experts during normal day shifts
  • Train shift personnel on new developments or changes in the maintenance area
  • Develop methods and processes to solve production problems and improve safety, costs, and overall production efficiency
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation for the production process in appropriate systems and protocols
  • Implement continuous process improvement projects
