Mechanical Process Engineer

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team at a nationally recognized engineering firm.

With a focus on water and wastewater projects, this role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, make a difference in communities across Texas and beyond, and grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or biosystems/agricultural engineering from an ABET accredited program
5+ years of experience designing lift stations, booster pump stations, chemical feed, and water/wastewater treatment facilities
Experience with hydraulic modeling software such as Visual Hydraulics
Professional Engineer Licensure (PE)
Master's degree in civil, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or biosystems/agricultural or related engineering discipline (not required, but a huge plus)
Certification as a Pump Systems Assessment Professional (not required, but a huge plus)
Experience using Bluebeam software (not required, but a huge plus)
Experience working with a diverse disciplinary team (not required, but a huge plus)
Active participation in local professional organizations (not required, but a huge plus)
