What to expect:


  • As a leader, you will shape the smooth processes in our
    technical building management with a qualified team.
  • You ensure a consistent operation of the buildings and technical systems, while adhering to legal regulations and technical standards. This includes ongoing
    inspection,
    maintenance,
    repair, and
    optimization, as well as troubleshooting of the systems.
  • Additionally, you
    plan,
    manage, and
    monitor the necessary resources for operation, both internally and externally, control the
    budget, and ensure
    operator responsibility.
  • Your leadership skills, knowledge in
    building control technology, and your ability for
    conceptual development and
    creating concepts make you the ideal candidate for us.

What sets you apart:


  • You have a degree in
    supply engineering, electrical engineering, or
    energy and building technology, or have completed a
    technician training, ideally with relevant work experience.
  • As a leader, you convince with a clear and motivating leadership style.
  • You have knowledge in
    interdisciplinary building and system technology (electrical engineering, HVAC, safety technology, building automation) and are familiar with the corresponding technical regulations and laws.
  • You have already
    successfully led projects, excel in negotiations, and are able to participate in
    oncall duty without restrictions.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in
    taskspecific IT systems (e.g. BMS software, building automation software).
