Description
We are looking for a Parts Coordinator working in our Austin, TX office. This person will be responsible for parts coordination at Nissin's ion implanters. This is a non-exempt position. This person will report directly to the Parts Control Manager.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all logistics, bookkeeping works, and inventory management
  • Pack parts to be sent to customers and repair service vendors
  • Upack parts received from suppliers and customers
  • Arrange shipment, drop off shipment at carriers, and paperwork for logistics
  • Perform management of accounts payable and receivables
  • Report daily to the NIUSA management and communicate with the parent company (Nissin Ion Equipment Co., LTD, or "NIC") in Japanese
  • Learn technical aspects of NIUSA products to relay customers' demands to NIC
  • Provide technical support to NIUSA engineers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese (business level).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work on a PC environment.
  • Ability to work in import/export logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
