    Description


    Open Play Therapy provides pediatric therapy services to babies and toddlers from 0 to 3 years old in the comfort of their homes.

    These services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA, and infant education services.

    Our clients are children that are development delayed with diagnoses such as muscle weakness, low tone, hypertonicity, Down syndrome, and other genetic conditions.

    We are currently seeking a

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    to join our team Qualified candidates will possess the following capabilities:
    Passion to work with children
    Punctual
    Friendly
    Organized
    Strong written & verbal communication skills
    Provide quality care
    Responsibilities
    Conduct assessments as assigned
    Develop Behavior Intervention Plans for clients in a timely and efficient manner
    Train staff on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans using competency-based training documentation
    Graph, analyze, and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors
    Periodically complete summaries/reports/updates within the requirements of funding source
    Complete detailed progress notes documenting how services were delivered
    Maintain certification by obtaining necessary continuing education credits (CEUs) as specified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
    Assists with the structure and implementation of the companys overall behavior program
    Train, model, and provide feedback on the implementation of the behavior plan to staff
    Assess clients needs for therapy and provide ongoing treatments
    Required Qualifications
    Masters degree in ABA, education, or related field
    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license/certificate in CA
    Driver's License
    Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents and/or developmental disabilities
    Preferred Qualifications
    Bilingual (Spanish)
