    Relate Search is collaborating with a leading global chemical manufacturer to recruit a Senior Process Engineer with a focus on mentoring and training expertise for their team in New Johnsonville, Tennessee. This role, reporting to the Plant Manager, is directly responsible for establishing and upholding operational standards at the plant.


    What You'll Be Responsible For:
    • Provide guidance and training to junior process engineers.
    • Develop and uphold operational standards for the current equipment.
    • Create and distribute work instructions, ensuring staff is trained on any new or revised instructions and adheres to them.
    • Introduce and execute process enhancements.
    • Test and validate enhancements with operational team members.
    • Collaborate with operations and maintenance departments to formulate design specifications for new or modified equipment.
    • Aid in creating qualification tests for new or modified equipment alongside operations and maintenance teams.

    What You'll Need:
    • Hold a degree in Chemical Engineering, with a preference for a Master's degree.
    • 6-10 years of experience in Process Engineering within a chemical manufacturing setup.
    • Proven experience in supervising junior engineers or interns.
    • Demonstrated aptitude in project management, showcasing the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Display leadership qualities with the proficiency to guide and support junior engineers.
