    Description
    Marketing Specialist

    Plano, TX

    Temp to Hire

    Pay: $ $33.00 per hour

    Responsibilities
    • This role will assist management with creating and brainstorming new marketing efforts when needed.
    • Responsibilities will focus on executing specific initiatives that drives the strategic marketing of the product to the target audience within budget.
    • Will work closely with the sales teams to ensure traffic numbers continually increase.
    • The Sr. Sales and Marketing Coordinator will also assist management with generating reports and working with both internal and external clients (realtors, brokers, vendors, sales team).
    • Responsible for coordinating administrative functions to support the sales management team as well as the field teams.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum three years of marketing experience in customer service oriented environment required
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of with a homebuilder or real estate industry preferred
    • High school degree or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's preferred
    • Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multi-task
    • Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships
    • Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
