    Under the direction of the LCD Line of Business Manager, the LCD Digital Marketing and Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to elevate the position of both BenQ Professional and Gaming monitors in the respective channels and countries.

    Strategically managing events and relationships, enlarging the impact of the events the LCD monitor line of business participates in.

    This role will need to stay versed in digital marketing trends and apply digital marketing tools for reporting the outcome and performance of campaigns to gauge ROI.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Facilitate new product launch process by working closely with the LCD Line of Business Manager and Product Manager in the planning/development of the go-to-market campaigns and applying digital marketing skills and tools to maximize the impact and the return on investment from them

    Collaborate with MarCom and Designers in the creation of dynamic content that is aligned with business directions which can differentiate our products in the market and turn value propositions into effective communications.

    Content includes product descriptions, datasheets, case studies, videos, graphics, landing pages, email templates, infographics, white papers, etc.
    Manage and support events and the development of thought-leadership initiatives, including webinars, workshops, PR opportunities, and consumer-facing digital competitions
    Coordinate events, meetings, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments
    Work closely with a PR agency for strategy and execution of events and activities
    Work closely with print company and in-house graphic designer to create marketing and event materials
    Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests

    Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a relevant B2C digital or product marketing discipline including campaign or project management
    Competent in SEO/SEM with strong analytical skills
    Proficient in Hubspot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
    Detail-oriented and able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently in a changing environment
    Proven ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
    Work well with teams including interdepartmental teams in the US and HQ
    Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal communication, and effective oral, written, and presentation skills are a must

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent

    Compensation:
    Based on experience; we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
