    Manager Locum Tenens Division

    Location: Midtown Manhattan NYC

    Monday- Friday, in office

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

    • Manage overall fulfillment of Locum Tenens positions throughout the United States
    • Investigate and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
    • Direct recruitment advertising efforts to reflect current market needs
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve operation
    • Work collaboratively with Executive Team on client strategies/initiatives
    • Track the process of all candidates in the pipeline
    • Assist compliance department with all onboarding

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Advanced Knowledge of Locum Tenens Staffing – minimum 2 years
    • Excellent listening, writing and verbal skills
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Entrepreneurial Spirit
    • Team Player
