    What You Will Do


    As a Product Management Analyst, you'll receive management training with the goal of helping you develop into a future company leader.

    You'll learn how to succeed in our fast-moving business and help drive company strategy by regularly sharing ideas with executives and mastering skills across functional areas.


    Specifically, you'll develop operational, product, and financial models, price the company's products, and provide expertise using the company's reporting suite.

    Because we are a small company, there also will be opportunities to help build the company's strategy and improve the efficiency of the company's operations.


    Sample duties include:
    Drive company strategy by identifying key metrics and producing analyses that highlight growth and profitability opportunities.
    Create and maintain operational, product, and financial models to support all business units.
    Play a key role in developing, pricing, and improving the company's products.
    Produce impactful competitive or industry analyses using internal and external data sources.
    Join the key team working to enhance and expand the company reporting suite.

    Identify and assist in resolving data issues ranging from simple to very complex; implement processes to maintain high-quality data and analyses.

    Produce and maintain product guidelines and rate pages for all company products; develop tools that improve the accuracy and efficiency of this responsibility.

    Create and upload documentation as required in a regulated industry.

    Position Details

    This full-time position is open to entry-level and experienced candidates, with compensation and job responsibilities based on experience and skill set.

    This position reports to the Associate Product Manager.
    This position is located in Plantation, Florida.
    Applicants must be willing to complete tasks outside of formal job requirements.
    A generous benefits package is offered.
    Salary is $65-$100K per year (depending on experience)

    Requirements

    An undergraduate degree with a strong academic record is required.
    Solid professional or personal achievements (e.g., research contributions, volunteer experience)
    Analytical capabilities, including problem-solving and creativity/innovation.
    Strong leadership skills.
    Superb written and oral communication skills.
    Attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Bonus Skills
    Experience building reports, dashboards, or data visualizations.
    Experience summarizing and presenting information to different levels of audiences, including executives.
    Master's degree not required, but preferable.

    Responsive evaluates candidates using a variety of methods including interviews, work simulations, problem-solving exercises, and writing assessments.
