Product Management Analyst , you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity of the Jazwares Product Master item records.
You will work collaboratively with members of our Brand teams, the Director of Product Management & Data Quality, Product Development, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
What you'll be doing:
Create and update product records in our ERP system based on direction from the Brand and Product Development teams, using established source documents, templates, and workflows
Own and maintain data integrity in all Product Line Plans working collaboratively with Brand and other teams
Understand how line plan data fields should be populated and work with the Brand team for corrections needed.
Perform daily audits on key fields to identify and resolve discrepancies and data integrity issues
Daily communication with the Brand team regarding item creation and existing item maintenance
Update or validate Product Categories and other hierarchy criteria
Validate product dimensions and update item records in the ERP system
Validate and process assortment flow plans ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Process Vendor Quote Forms (VQF) taking care to validate key fields and address issues with the Product Dev team
Create/maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for displays or items with consigned components
Perform mass updates of line plans or other key product fields taking care to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Create/maintain PMT source files & Analyst daily work files kept in centralized location
Perform user acceptance testing before new files, processes, or workflows are implemented.
Make recommendations on process improvements and update standard operating procedures, based on approval from the Director of Product Management & Data Quality.

Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and new technology quickly
Drive for continuous improvement and positive contribution to the department
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or other applicable area highly desirable
