· Hours: This is a full-time non-exempt position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
· Location: This job operates in an office environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains customer relations by dispatching trucks safely and efficiently. Provides accurate records for payroll and billing, recording events and hours worked via GPS. This position additionally provides sales support for the company, mainly providing services to our customers or potential customers, by answering the phones and entering client data, creating estimates, handling customer complaints, billing/account questions and other administrative tasks as required.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our clients and co-workers at all times.
· Work closely with management, customers and team members. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the company processes. Alert management of trends, repetitive patterns of client complaints or requests. Assist with communication with Spanish-speaking field staff.
· Develop full knowledge of company services and products, procedures, and applications. Assist in driving the general objective of our company while following the organization's core values on which we perform our work, conduct ourselves with our clients, and interact with each other.
Academic or Trade Qualifications:
· 1 Year of scheduling/dispatch experience
· Experience in service-related positions or a lawn care company
· Associate's degree
· Experience in analyzing data and assembling detailed reports.
