    **Customer Care Coordinator**

    **Sales Operations - Austin, TX - Full Time**

    Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking to hire a Customer Care Coordinator in our Austin, TX, headquarters. The Customer Care Coordinator will support and provide excellent customer service to Four Hands clients.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.

    Identify the issue and facilitate the resolution, i.e. process return authorizations, credits and/or any other request to satisfy the customer issue.

    Determine customer service requirements by maintaining consistent contact with customers and the Account Executive; analyzing information and providing solutions

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Four Hands departments, providing exceptional internal and external customer service as needed

    Maintain a thorough knowledge of the order to cash process and show attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders

    Maximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice and working to convert customers to using our website

    Maintain and improve customer-service quality; by resolving problems, building relationships, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change

    Work diligently to continuously improve the customer experience and the processes within the organization

    Actively participate in meetings and trainings

    Responsible for upholding the Core Values and being a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

    Other tasks as defined by Management

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel

    Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

    Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment

    Excellent organizational skills

    Ability to make decisions and work independently

    Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
