    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute media buys across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize performance (reach, engagement and website traffic), leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
    • Provide regular performance reports and analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
    • Onboard DSP to deploy cross-channel buys including podcast ads and CTV with a focus on 1P data targeting.
    • Foster strong relationships with media partners and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and secure premium placements for Rippling's digital advertising efforts.
    • Support Sr. Media Manager in building out cross-channel brand media capability at Rippling and onboard media agency of record.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record of success in managing campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
    • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad formats, targeting options, and measurement metrics.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business impact through strategic media planning and execution.
