- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies tailored to specific market segments and customer needs. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and implement lead generation tactics to drive sales pipeline growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Support customer engagement efforts by maintaining contact databases and assisting with customer communications. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral and tools to support the sales team, including sales presentations, product demos, and competitive analyses. Provide training and support to sales representatives on product features, value propositions, and selling techniques.
- Project Management: Take ownership of projects related to sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance metrics and track progress towards goals. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through participation in leadership programs, extracurricular activities, or leadership positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience or interest in entrepreneurship, startup events, business case competitions, or related activities is a plus.

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Engineering Co-Op for this summer 2024 with a strong interest in sales and marketing to join our team. This position is tailored for undergraduate students pursuing an engineering discipline who are passionate about leveraging their technical knowledge in a sales and marketing capacity. As a Sales/Marketing Engineer Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to engage in various sales and marketing activities, including developing sales strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and supporting customer engagement efforts.
