YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility and coordination for all topics in the field of process management and digitalization
Validation, continuation and implementation of the digitalization potential already identified in the company
Development of a digitalization strategy for the company
Collaboration with departments in the implementation of digitalization topics
Recording, analysis, validation and optimization of company processes
Development of metrics for measuring process effectiveness and efficiency
Establishment and maintenance of cooperation networks with external partners
Internal consulting and training on digitalization and process topics

YOUR PROFILE

Completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or a related field
Several years of professional experience in the field of process management and digitalization, ideally in the construction industry or a similar environment
Sound knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of digitalization strategies
Expertise in the analysis and optimization of company processes
Interest in current developments in the field of digitalization, e.g. Lean Construction and BIM
First leadership experience desirable, as there is a perspective for team leadership
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team-oriented working
